Innovation and Technology Specialists
RTC Yorkshire is a young, fast growing organisation which is underpinned by an open innovation philosophy. Part of the RTC Group of companies, it delivers technology and innovation support to organisations within the Yorkshire and Humber region.
We are seeking new staff to integrate into a team which provides support to organisations in areas such as: EU engagement, technology brokerage and transfer, knowledge transfer, technology foresighting, innovation strategy development, and innovation performance enhancement.
The ideal candidates will be educated to at least degree level, and have a sound understanding of innovation and the R&D process. The appointees will be self-confident, and understand and appreciate the value of working to a team ethic. Excellent communication skills are essential as the post will involve dealing with senior personnel across all types of organisation in the public and
private sectors.
It would be desirable for candidates to possess a high level of competence in all or some of the following:
- Appreciation of the value & benefits innovation adds to organisations
- Knowledge of regional, national, and EU research programmes
- Organisational and project management skills
